MEET & GREET VIP EXPERIENCE
CHECK-IN DETAILS
DATE: 03/22/23
VENUE: Rod Laver Arena
CHECK-IN TIME: 5:15 PM
CHECK-IN LOCATION: Gate 4 Entry, Rod Laver Arena – Directly opposite Kia Arena
TICKET PICK-UP:Please collect your concert tickets, if you do not have them already, at the Box Office before checking in for your VIP event.
PHOTO ID:Be sure to bring your concert tickets and a copy of the photo ID of the person who made the original purchase of the package. A VIP representative at the table will check you in & provide additional details about the event.
Check-in ends at 5:45 PM sharp. Please do not be late for check in or you WILL miss your opportunity to participate in the VIP experience.
PHOTOS
Your photo will be taken on your personal cell phone by a member of the tour crew. Please make sure your phone is charged and ready to go for the Photo Op.
RULES & WHAT TO EXPECT
No autographs during the Photo Op.
No selfies/videos during the Photo Op.
At the Photo Op there will be a table to place personal belongings on before taking your photo. No large bags/alcoholic beverages allowed in photos.
MERCHANDISE
The VIP merchandise included in the package will be shipped directly to purchasers after the show has occurred.
