Please make sure to bring the photo ID of the original purchaser along with your tickets to the show to the Box Office at 6:00 PM for check in. The VIP coordinator will check you in, distribute your VIP credentials and merchandise and then you will queue for early entry.
If you do not already have your concert tickets, please pick those up at the box office before arriving at VIP check-in.
Please note: If you arrive late to VIP check-in, you may miss Early Entry. Once check in has closed, you will no longer be able to collect your VIP laminate and merchandise. Unclaimed merchandise will not be shipped.
